It has a privileged location, considered as the new urban axis of Managua. "Shadow of the Tree" is the concept of creative, functional design, and aesthetic appearance.

This project was a regional tender and has the important characteristic of considering LEED Gold Certification, unique in the country, committed throughout the process.

The interiors of the project are an extension of the landscape design, including sensory purity of high aesthetic value in every detail: colors, textures, materials, and contrast of lights and shadows that aim to provide the highest interior experience. Quality opinions are also taken into account, therefore, more than 75% of the interior workspaces have a viewing range of over 50°.
