This project is part of the IPSA National Laboratory Complex, with a design area of 1,272.40 m², aimed at conducting the analysis of chemical and biological residues (pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, heavy metals, among others) in agricultural products, monitoring of food quality and safety.
Likewise, research and development of analytical methods and detection techniques are carried out to improve the precision of residue identification. In its design, national and international regulations regarding safety and hygiene conditions and the handling of toxic and hazardous waste have been taken into account.
This is achieved from the design through adequate zoning and layout of circulations, implementing high ceilings, lighting, and ventilation on all facades, and air extraction systems in specialized environments to guarantee the necessary conditions of comfort and safety.
