This residence with 3 bedrooms, in addition to a study, was designed to optimize the functionality of each of its spaces. Movement is achieved in its south facade by using diagonal elements in one of its planes. Pergola elements are also incorporated, highlighting the main entrance and reducing sun exposure on this facade.
