Plaza Mayor Juigalpa

This proposal aims to generate a social and economic impact in the city of Juigalpa, serving as a reference for its citizens as an iconic project. It is compared to the grand streets that exhibit depth and growth perspective, bordered by lampposts, trees, and architectural elements identified as La Gran Vía.

This project intends to demonstrate in the city of Juigalpa its uniqueness, inviting commerce investors to establish their businesses with all the required conditions of parking, aesthetics, and spaces.

At the highest point of the terrain, there is a large-scale Christ statue intended to serve as an architectural landmark in the project, both for location reference and as an iconic urban element.
