Project Description

The project consists of the construction of 17 multifamily buildings of three levels, each with a capacity for 12 apartments. Its main objective is to optimize housing development within the city through densification, thus aiming to offer residents greater proximity to urban opportunities and amenities.

Regarding design, priority has been given to the rationality of form, careful choice of colors, and a construction system that combines concrete walls and lightweight partitions. All of this contributes to maximizing space, creating visual amplitude, and achieving a modern aesthetic.
